Pierre, a high-profile Parisian publisher, can hardly wait to introduce his friends to his latest acquisition, “The Champion of Fools.” Such is the essence of the fool’s dinner: a competition where the winner is the one who can present themselves as the greatest fool in the company. However, the evening takes an unexpected turn: Pierre’s back gives out, his wife leaves him alone, and the unsuspecting guest, the “Champion of Fools” arrives. From this point on, Pierre—and, of course, the audience—are uncontrollably swept into the new rounds of the “Fools Championship”… Who will ultimately win the championship? Who will be crowned the Champion of Fools?
